Tod M. Sacerdoti, CEO & Founder

Tod M. Sacerdoti is the Founder and CEO of POSTroller. Most recently, Tod was the Director of Revenue and Business Development at Plaxo, one of the fastest growing companies in the history of the Internet. Previously, Tod was the Director of Business Development at Spoke Software, an enterprise software firm providing tools to sales forces to better leverage relationships. Tod also worked at Interscope, Geffen and A&M Records, a division of the Universal Music Group and was an analyst in both the Mergers & Acquisitions Group and the Internet Corporate Finance group at Robertson Stephens.

Tod has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and has a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.

Dru Nelson, CTO

Dru Nelson is the is the Chief Technology Officer of POSTroller and brings over twelve years of senior software development expertise to the company. Prior to POSTroller, Dru was a Senior Software Engineer at Plaxo Inc., where he was also the first Engineer hired and the first Client Engineer.

Previously, Dru was the Director of Service Operations at eGroups (sold to Yahoo), Senior Software Engineer at Diva Systems (spinoff of SRI Research) and a Software Engineer at Four11 (sold to Yahoo and became Yahoo!Mail). Dru also has previous experience a the Florida State University Dirac Supercomputer Research Institute.

Saar Gur, Founding Advisor

Saar Gur is a founding advisor to POSTroller. Saar was most recently the Vice President of Online Customer Acquisition at Adteractive, one of the largest online performance-based agencies in the world. Saar was one of the senior management team and one of three VPs responsible for the corporate P&L. Saar helped grow Adteractive to over hundreds of millions in Revenues and over 170 employees. Adteractive's advertiser base also includes over 200 brand name advertisers in a wide range of consumer verticals.

Saar received his MBA from Stanford University.

Auren Hoffman, Founding Advisor

Auren Hoffman is a founding advisor to POSTroller and is the CEO of Rapleaf. Auren also serves as the Chairman of Stonebrick Group and the Connector Group (Silicon Valley 100). Auren was previously CEO of BridgePath Corporation, an enterprise software company to recruiting and staffing firms that enabled collaborative placement transactions. Auren previously founded Kyber Systems (sold to Human Ingenuity), an Intranet development firm, which managed the implementation of Intranet systems for Bain & Company, Sybase, Charles Schwab, ASUS, and many others. Auren is a trustee of the Junior State of America Foundation and Lead21 (where he serves as Chairman). He the founder of the Silicon Forum and Dialog, and serves on the advisory boards of MerchantCircle, Puresight, and the Pacific Research Institute.

Garth Patil, Founding Advisor

Garth Patil is a founding advisor to POSTroller, and created much of the initial advertisement serving technology. Garth has been working for startups in a variety of industries for the past 10 years. He brings a wealth of experience in large scale systems design and operation, high volume transaction processing and engineering management. Garth is currently the Director of Software Engineering at 4INFO, the fastest growing mobile search company, where he architects their mobile search and alerts offerings.

Garth attended Stanford University where he studied Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering.
